Ingredients
Milk Solids, Maize Starch, Dextrose, Lodized Slat, Raising Agents (INSA500(1) (INS541)) Preservative (INS282, INS200), Emulsifier (INS471), Thickener & Stabilizer (INS415) Nature Identical Flavouring Substances Vanilla.
Directions to Cook
- Heat Oven Baking Temp. 170-180°C & Time 35-40 Mins.
- Dissolve sugar in water in mixing bowl. Put cake gel and mix at slow speed for 1 minute. To this mixture, add Wheat flour & Vanilla concentrate and mix for 1 min on slow speed.
- Scrape down the mixture & whisk on high speed for 2-3 mins.
- After the mixing is completed, add oil for 1 mins at slow speed
Fruit Cake
Dissolve Sugar in water. in mixing bowl. Pul cake. I cake gel & mix at slow speed for 1 minutes to this mixture, add wheat flows, Potassium Sorbate, Calcium Propionate Custard, Milk Powder & Vanilla conc. & Mix for 1 min on slow speed.
